The aim

To mobilize the school community  for  the purposeful pursuit of common goals while strengthening the link between teaching and life.

Mission

To ensure the national education policy, a variety of programs, a safe environment, also to provide students with modern scientific standards and the  education which corresponds their needs , based on specific, systematic knowledge about the society and the environment. To form a forward and tradition-based society values, to mature ethnic, cultural and spiritual identity, to form a personality that is able to take root in the society. To raise a person that controls modern technologies and is capable to apply  one‘s knowledge into practice.

Vision

Jonava  „Lietava“ basic school – a modernised school as well as a community learning center in the surbub , that  follows  the traditions, allows  the self-expression of  students, also educates  a self-sufficient and moral Lithuanian citizen who learns constantly and is able to integrate into society focusing  on the modern  and constantly changing environment .
